Welcome to the Faith Formation Program at Holy Trinity Parish!
We have a new Religious Education Program!
We are very excited to announce that we have moved away from the classroom model and now will have a "Family of Faith" program focused on the family and centered on the Holy Mass and living the faith. We will incorporate a catechism for all ages of the family during a special Mass dedicated to faith formation. All ages of children will attend mass together with their families with a teaching based homily and lots of opportunities for the children to be directly involved with the Mass. What does this mean for families? The program will be geared to help families grow in their faith. Each Mass is about 1 hour, and everyone will be together in one place at one time making things much easier for busy families. We will have a dedicated Sunday mass at Our Lady of Good Counsel church for families with school age children at 8:30am (Please see schedule menu to left). Families will be able to receive catechesis in the faith while fulfilling their responsibility as a Catholic to worship our God by participating with the community of faith. It will still be necessary to sign up in advance one time and sign in each week. We want to give each child opportunities to participate in the mass and learn the faith while living the faith in community. We are very excited to begin this new program in September.
